These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products marketed by Ilmar Experiences through the website www.ilmarexp.com. Therefore, all purchase contracts through the site will be based on these general conditions.
Changes to the terms and conditions
This agreement can be modified at any time and any modification will be effective immediately upon its publication on the website www.ilmarexp.com, therefore the Customer must verify this agreement each time they access the website and adhere to subsequent modifications.
Acceptance of terms of sale
The contract between the Customer and Ilmar Experiences is concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial and at its sole discretion, of the order. Acceptance is deemed to be tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, www.ilmarexp.com undertakes to promptly communicate with the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the general terms and payment conditions set out below. The Customer is not entitled to any compensation for damages, nor any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even if only partial, of an order.
Payments and Refunds
Purchase mode
The adult Customer can purchase the products available in the electronic catalog from www.ilmarexp.com. Once the order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided by the Customer. The email confirmation will contain an "Order Number" to be used in all subsequent communications with Ilmar Experiences. The email will contain all the data entered by the Customer, who must verify that it is correct and promptly communicate any corrections according to the procedures described in this document. All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Ilmar Experiences reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment method
a) ADVANCE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: In the case of advance payment by bank transfer, the order will be sent only when the funds are credited to the Ilmar Experiences company within 5 working days from the purchase date, after which the order will be automatically canceled. The reason for the transfer must contain the order number indicated in the email confirmation. The bank details will be sent via email when the order is accepted.
b) PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL: Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the Paypal website, where they can make the payment using their Paypal account or use a card, including prepaid, or in any case according to the methods accepted by Paypal and in compliance with these conditions. In case of cancellation of the order requested by the Customer or by Ilmar Experiences, the amount paid for the canceled products will be credited to the Customer's Paypal account. For each order placed on www.ilmarexp.com, an invoice will be issued in accordance with Article 14 of D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004 and will be sent to the buyer along with the products. The information provided by the Customer will be used to issue the invoice. Therefore, Ilmar Experiences reminds the customer to always carefully verify the accuracy of the information provided. It will not be possible to make changes to the invoice after it has been issued.
Refunds
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the products received, they have the right to withdraw from the contract by communicating it via registered letter within 14 days of receiving the goods and returning all purchased products within an additional 14 days. The company Ilmar Experiences will refund the price of the returned products according to the methods specified by the customer in the withdrawal letter, upon receipt of the products, and provided that they have not been damaged, broken, or altered. The return of the goods is at the customer's expense, who is responsible for taking all necessary precautions to protect the goods from any damage. Ilmar Experiences has the right to refuse the goods if they are returned damaged or altered.

Current law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the contract that the Customer enters into online with the company Ilmar Experiences is subject to Italian jurisdiction and the competent court is the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in Italian territory, or the place of performance of the contract in case of domicile or residence abroad.
Invalidity of conditions
If for any reason a part of these conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the conditions of the other parts will not be compromised.
